Is The End Of The Traditional Mobile Phone Near
Posted on 26 August 2010
Calling a mobile phone traditional might sound a little bit odd especially when we have only been using them for a couple of decades. But devices like the iPhone do seem to be taking over from the traditional mobile phone. We may be seeing the end to the push button phone as more and more touch screen mobile phones start to appear.
Why People Are No Longer Happy With The Traditional Mobile Phone.
The answer for why people are losing interest in the traditional mobile phone is the same reason why people lost interest in black and white television. Something much better has come along and we all want to benefit from the new technology. No one can doubt the fact that any changes which have come along have been adapted to well by the mobile phone; until now anyway. But recent changes seem to suggest that it will not be able to keep up with developments. These days we are not satisfied with just using our mobile phones to phone people and to take phone calls; we want our mobiles to double up as an entertainment centre as well. We now want our phones to also be eBook Readers, video players, web browsers, and personal trainers. We also want to be able to play games on our phone but not just any old game; we won’t stand for poor quality games anymore and want something on a par with a games console game.
Should We Be Grieving For The Traditional Mobile Phone’s Death.
Definitely not, as far as I’m concerned they can keep on developing new technology. No matter what technology we are using in another two decades from now, one thing is for sure the top of the range phones which are out now will be well out of date. One of the best things about the world is getting to experience all the new developments in technology. Just think ahead to when the iPhone is replaced by something even better and we consider having an iPhone as being behind the times.
